Sagitta Crossfit Womens Event
I organised and resourced external women to give a talk at the Sagitta CrossFit Gym located in Forrestdale. I spoke about Basic Gynaecology. while others spoke about nutrition, fitness as a woman, and mental health. Willing to collaborate with Personal Trainers and gyms around the Perth region to build a stronger Women's community
Ngaanyatjarra Land (WA)
I worked out on the Ngaanyatjarra lands for 4 weeks as a Women's Health nurse and a sexual health women's business nurse. During this time, I was able to educate the community about women's health, assist the gynaecologist and Midwife in providing care, and talk to women about women's business around sexual health and safe sex.
I really enjoyed my time on the lands, and this is when I discovered my passion for teaching around sexual health and safe sex to the younger generation of people.
Presentation Vulva-cessities
I was lucky enough to be selected by the Australian College of Nursing to present a webinar/education session on Vulva-cessities. That little bit of extra education for Nurses around Australia.
