Through my work in women’s health, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is for young people to find reliable information about their bodies and health. Education around puberty and general health is fading, and I want to change that. I am building a foundation to give adolescent girls the health tools they need and to help boys understand relevant health topics – building respect and knowledge for everyone. In my private practice, I focus on having open conversations with teens in a way that feels safe and non-judgmental. I know that talking to parents can be awkward, and personal matters are often kept private; I’m here to be that honest, trusted bridge. Together, we can replace embarrassment with education and ensure our youth feel safe and informed
